Each week for 4 weeks we will have online sessions (2.5 hours) where we will dive into how to break free from the binge-diet cycle. We will explore why you go through phases of eating healthfully followed by periods of eating unhealthy.  

 

I will help you heal your relationship with food with mindset medicine, perspective shifts and some tough love. I will teach you how to bring balance into your life, remove "the wagon" forever and learn to accept your body all the while making behavioral and lifestyle changes that honor your highest self. 

 

Between each session you will have homework, journal assignments and goals to set out after. 

 

There will also be sisterhood, love, support and accountability.

 

Everything will be kept confidential within the group!

One powerful 1:1 Coaching Session

Each participant will get a one on one coaching session with Cara (that's me!) to dive really deep and get clarity around where you keep getting stuck.

 

You will get the tough love you need to break free from the cycle you are stuck in. You will also have the opportunity to ask specific health targeted questions unique to you, your body and personal wellness goals.

Each week I pop into this group to chat and connect with you all. I post exclusive content, articles, resources and do facebook live Q&A's. This is where you can connect and support one another as well!

An openess to learning new ideas, trying new things and a willingness to be vulnerable.

You will also need a laptop with built in microphone or plug in. Webcam optional but encouraged. Internet connection and an ability to be at all sessions on the specific Tuesdays.
